SHIPPING TERMS
At Seven Wonders, our primary concern is the safety and well being of the animals we care for and ultimately sell. At this time we are not offering home deliveries. Due to the fact that FedEx is unreliable, we cannot risk packages being delayed on hot trucks at this time. Therefore we are only shipping to FedEx hubs until further notice. Seven Wonders is currently shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We are avoiding Mondays due to the congestion that usually results in a day long delay. At this time all orders are shipped one week after it is placed, in some instances it may be sooner and we will contact you if this is the case with your order. NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHOUT WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE CUSTOMER IS PREPARED TO RECEIVE THEIR PACKAGE AT THE SPECIFIED FEDEX OFFICE.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE is applied to all animals we ship. In order to maintain this guarantee the customer must pick up the package within two hours of the delivery time at FedEx. Pictures and/or video may be requested in the event of a DOA. Shipping is not refundable, however your animals are covered.
MINIMUM PURCHASE
At this time we have a minimum purchase of $75.00 BEFORE shipping charges.
PAYMENT
Taxes are applied to all purchases. Payment is accepted through PayPal (credit cards via PayPal are accepted) at this time. We will be adding additional payment methods soon.
SIZING AND SEX
Sizes are represented in DLS, meaning the size you see represents the overall size of the spider from the back left leg to the front right leg diagonally. As an example a spider listed as 1" is approximately the size of a quarter when spread out. All sex confirmations are guaranteed. Due to the sheer quantity of spiders that we have, we do not have time to examine every molt, therefore confirmed females and males are limited.
REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In rare circumstances we will consider a refund on a case by case basis.
OTHER TERMS
We are always interested in bulk spiders or rare males/females - please reach out if you have something for sale or trade.
We require all customers to be age 18 or older.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Pictures may represent adults and not the actual animal you are purchasing, pay close attention to listed size.
